Meditation day*

A day of meditation, mindful movement, and reflection right next to the train station in Zug.

* To participate in the meditation day, it is expected to have completed an 8-week MBSR course.

Personal Training

What we do:

Personalized training to improve your quality of life and health, based on current studies.

Suitable for complaints or preventive measures — at your gym, at the studio in Zug, online, or outdoors.

Frame:

60 min per session, only 130 CHF.

8-er package; only 940 CHF.
